Heather Stube is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adults, particularly older adults. She earned her MSW from Widener University in 2003 and has been practicing since then. Heather uses an integrative therapeutic approach, combining strengths-based, CBT, and person-centered methods. She also has advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Heather’s warm and supportive nature helps clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, chronic health concerns, and caregiver stress. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is an avid collector of sea glass and fossils.
