Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
Kelsey Williams is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and Narrative Enneagram Practitioner working with adults and young adults. She holds an M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Penn State University, where she graduated in 2023. Kelsey’s therapeutic style incorporates evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies such as ACT, DBT, CPT, ERP, Embodied Mindfulness, Parts-Work, and Enneagram personality theory. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for clients navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, neurodiversity, systemic oppression, and identity exploration. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys canoeing and camping with friends and family, good coffee, reading, playing games, and learning about people and the world. An interesting fact about Kelsey is that she has spent 22 hours alone in a desert as a part of a wilderness backpacking trip.
Enneagram Self Discovery: Kelsey Williams, a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner and mental health therapist, offers Enneagram-based personality exploration to deepen self-awareness and personal growth. If you’re new to this transformative work, she provides a three-session Enneagram Self-Discovery typing and counseling package—including a 90-minute typing interview and two 50-minute 1:1 sessions ($400)—to help you understand the Enneagram framework, explore your type, and develop strategies for self-insight and growth. If you’re already working with a therapist at Centre Counseling and Wellness, insurance may be an option for additional Enneagram-focused sessions.
