Kelsey Williams is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor working with young adults (17+) and high school seniors. She holds a BA in Adventure Education from Messiah University and an M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Penn State University, where she graduated in 2023. Kelsey’s therapeutic style incorporates evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies such as DBT, ACT, and CPT, alongside Enneagram personality theory. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys canoeing and camping with her family, hiking, coffee dates with friends, playing board games, crocheting, decorating cookies, and learning interesting things about people and the world. An interesting fact about Kelsey is that she has spent 22 hours alone in a desert and has been on four 21-day wilderness backpacking trips.
