Sara Neild is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor working with adolescents and young adults aged 12-25. She earned her BS in Secondary Education from Penn State in 2015 and her M.Ed. in Counselor Education in 2018. Sara’s therapeutic approach is primarily informed by CBT, DBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed modalities. She has experience as a school counselor, giving her valuable insight into navigating the public education system. Sara prioritizes her clients’ needs and autonomy, creating a safe and supportive environment while focusing on their strengths and resilience. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, crocheting, gardening, and spending time with her family. An interesting fact about Sara is that she once talked to the Jonas Brothers on the phone!
